We are Fásta.
A collective of experienced operators. We've led marketing, finance, legal, operations, people, commercial and product inside some of the world's best companies — and a few of the messiest. We've built businesses from zero, scaled teams through rapid growth, led transformations, and handled the moments when everything suddenly became more complicated.
We're all working fractionally for different reasons — life, family, travel, flexibility. Lives are complicated enough, so we're primed to come in and under-complicate things.
We're a collective, not an agency. Each of us runs our own independent practice. Together we're a trusted bench of experienced operators, assembled around the needs of each client.
